My trainer is a unique way for an individual to achieve his or her fitness goals. How many of you reading this have approached a personal trainer for a training programme and been presented with a generic sheet of paper with a Monday to Friday timetable? How many of you have felt uninspired by this? How many of you have been unsure of how to correctly perform some of the exercises used within this programme? How many of you have wanted to ask a question about this programme but have found it difficult to get in touch with your Personal Trainer? So what is unique with My Trainer?
My trainer is structured and delivered by our State of Mind Fitness Chief Instructor whose qualifications are of the highest order and who possess incomparable and unsurpassed experience. Any individual who signs up for My Trainer is offered the option of either a face to face or online consultation so that we can get to know as much about the individual as possible - such things like work routines, psychological factors, nutritional factors, stress factors, likes and dislikes, health issues, goals and many more - all of which can affect an individual's performance. Once an initial consultation is complete the one month training plan is constructed and tailor made to the individual (this will include pre and post programme fitness test with one of the State of Mind Fitness instructors to monitor results). The programme comes in the form of an in depth but easy to understand pack.

State of Mind Fitness offers unique and unsurpassed Personal Training aimed at all levels of Fitness. All sessions are structured around our unrivalled Seven Components of fitness ensuring that all goals are ascertained with results.
We offer single sessions, block, monthly, annual bookings and group sessions from between 2 to 5 people.
State of Mind Fitness has an in house Diet, Nutrition, Weight and Obesity Management Level 4 (REPs) consultant. All of our Personal Training packages offer this service, however we also offer the capacity of an online consultancy and individually tailored Weight Management programme. We are ardent and emphatic in our views that all of our Weight Management services promote healthy eating as opposed to dehydration and malnutrition.
